What have you got planned for 2018?

Happy New Year and welcome to 2018!

I hope you had a good break and are now rested and invigorated to achieve all you want to this year.

We chose to use the break in between Christmas and New Year to write down all of our 2018 goals and targets, business and personal, and plan out how we are going to achieve them. Did you?

If not, don't worry, here are a few top tips on how to get started, how to get focussed and how to make 2018 your best year yet:
  1. Work out your current net worth statement - take into account businesses owned, property owned, cash in the back, credit cards, debts, investments and investors. Write it all down and total your net worth as at 31 December 2017.
  2. Forecast what you want this to be at the end of 2018 - cleared debts, new assets, increased cash balances etc
  3. Plan how you are going to achieve this - work out your monthly expenses (personal and business), the new monthly amounts you'll need (to work towards your 2018 net worth statement target), and the income/turnover you need to make to achieve this
  4. Plan exactly how you are going to achieve this income/turnover
  5. Put actionable steps into your diary or task management software - for either yourself or your team
  6. Check back against your plan every month, assess & re-plan if necessary

This works great for your financial targets, but how about everything else, as it is not all about the money! So, as part of your 2018 plan, you should also write down:
  1. Who you want to be
  2. What you want to do
  3. What you want to have

Again, check back on these as often as you can, have them written down on your mobile so you can read as you wake up and before you go to sleep.

Now that you have a vision of who you want to be, what you want to do, what you want to have, how you are going to achieve all these and a financial plan, you may notice there is a lot to do and you only have a finite amount of time to do it in.

If this is you, then you need to start leveraging:
  1. Start investing your time rather than wasting it
  2. Increase the value of your time
  3. Hire a team to leverage their skills
  4. Learn new skills
  5. Use new technology

And that's just the start of leveraging, if you want to get your time back in 2018 and achieve all that you plan, then look out for the next launch of Life Leverage Online Masterclass later this month.

Take a look at what people are already saying about Life Leverage Online Masterclass:

"Feeling 'appy' get on board with all the apps - already saving time"

"I have started to implement leverage tactics and it's making such a difference already. Thank you!"

I hope these tips help you start 2018 focussed and motivated to achieve all that you want, I'd love to hear from you and what you are all working towards so please comment below.

Have a great 2018,

Steve
